Batteries

The batteries in my sky q remote are only lasting a day, why is this??? I cant keep buying batteries

Sounds like button is stuck down, check them all, including the SKY button at the top.

Hi @Ianhendry79   If your remote is faulty (batteries should last a year or so) then you will need to telephone Sky for a free replacement.
