@Ellen21  Have you tried watching fro the Glass tv guide as BBC is regionalised on there.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The streams on Sky Glass are labelled HD but are still actually SD at present because the BBC is not actually sending HD versions of any regional BBC1s YET.  (Apart from Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland.)

Have tried the guide it just either says programe loading or technical fault. But my iPad reception is fine so I tried accessing through bbc iplayer this morning and it worked

iPlayer is still SD too at the moment

I have tried all options the only one that works is bbc iplayer it is only the programme breakfast that I have a problem with obviously because of the regional status all other bbc programmes are fine
