Any way to check end of contract dates?

Hi All,

Is there any way in my account to check when my TV and my Broadband contracts are up for renewal?
I've ended up with different dates on both services - however I see that over the next couple of months I'm seeing price increases again, so can only assume I've reached end of contract.

Is there any easy way to find this out? Or am I going to have to make contact with Sky? Have they re-introduced online chat yet?

Ta

@Stoofa  You should be able to check by using the MySky app or logging into your account, if nothing showsn check you message centre as this will have tjhe original email Message Centre (sky.com)

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It is your minimum term that expires and not the contract itself. Your contract might be visible via your Message Centre here:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre/contracts

Or login to your Sky account and click on 'Offers and Upgrades' as the dates will show:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv  or

https://www.sky.com/hub/

The dates could well be different as they might have started in a different date. If they are ending now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount.

Re: Any way to check end of contract dates?

Ah - cheers for that. Managed to find something in my "Message Centre". I can also see now why my bill is about to increase as I was tied into an 18 month contract, yet one of the discounts only lasted for 12 months.

I suppose I can only blame myself for not reading the entire thing - but I certainly wasn't given any impression one of the discounts wouldn't last the entire length of the contract.

@Stoofa you could always call sky and try snd negotiate a new package so your min terms all are aligned. Might save you some money also.

Not a bad call - thank you.

Broadband comes to end of minimum contract in October - so I'll see if I can re-nogitate everything on one go.
