Another new Firmware QS013.502

Glass tv just stopped dead midway through a show tonight. The White Lotus - final episode.

had to unplug and reboot as everything died. When it came back on it didn't even remember I was halfway through and had to ff to mid point! Haven't checked to see if they upgraded firmware but you'd think they'd do it without shutting down what you're watching. 😢

Agree with comments, "Wednesday" was a very good show, started Strike tonight and also watching Peripheral on Prime, which is a bit mind bending, but good.

@Cleveleysbob my wife said she had the same issue with White Lotus early evening and had to switch off at the wall, must have been an issue with that program.

Anyone with just Sky Stream gone past 13 007?

@Jonjoe I'm still on 13/007 on two Stream pucks. I'm pretty sure some on Stream have had the 13/009 update but not sure about 13/502. The Sky software version page says we should be on 13/009 or 13/502  but that's not the case here.

Just checked all 3 of my pucks, and they still on 13.007, does anyone think we'll be getting profiles before Xmas??

I would also like to remove shows from continue watching.  This has been going on since glass came about and as yet no option for removing programmes on what was the play now list now continue watching list.

Just checked, Glass on 13.009 and puck still on 13.007.

Don't expect anything to happen now until mid Jan earliest.

Think profiles has been pushed to the new year by looks of it they wouldn't introduce this close to Christmas now.

@Chrisee @Jporch316 Entertainment OS 1.0 build QS013.502 has landed here.  So should be everywhere unless... I'm not last this time.

@Pistonheadpuck is still on QS013.007 I don't believe this updated has rolled out to any of the pucks. @Chrisee Will be able to confirm

I think that @Paul+Boland posted that his pucks had updated, so I guess some have got it. I believe there is a 13/009 floating about somehwere, which I never got. I'm beginning to feel the pain you must have suffered 😃.

@Anonymous my pucks have all updated. Msybe worth doing a power down reboot as if you are thst last the recovery stream should have been switched but thst may happen later today.
