Added a film to playlist now its gone
Ok, noticed that Where Eagles Dare was on over Christmas on TCM so added it to my play list. Went to watch it today but its gone. Really ??

Yup. It's gone. That's how Glass works. The licensing for movies in particular do not allow them to be 'recorded' or streamed for an indefinite period.

Yup. 'Fraid so.
It's the key difference between a streaming service and a recording service. The availability of the stream is controlled by the service provider. They have the power to remove it at any time. The availability of a recording (from a non-Sky channel) is controlled (largely) by you because once it's recorded onto a physical hard drive it stays there.
Glass should really be thought of as an instant fix kind of service. You turn it on and look for what's available at that moment, if something's already started then you should be able to watch from the start, but even this is temperamental.
Glass shouldn't be relied upon for watching stuff at a later date, as you simply cannot control when it will be removed from a streaming service.
