Account suspension

Hello, my account says it is suspended but when I click on the notification it's says my payments are up to date and there isn't anything wrong with my account? Can't someone help

What's the background to this, please? Are your services actually suspended? Have you re-setup your direct debit? It's automatically cancelled when your services are suspended.

@Hellohelp  Were you late paying your last bill by more than two weeks? If so Sky may be asking for next months payment in advance as well if indeed your services are restricted
