A man using voice activated control on the Remote

Surely I can't be on my own that I find it very difficult to get voice-activated control to operate on my male bass voice unless I'm prepared to attempt to go up an octave or two I get no response it absolutely fine for my wife and grandchildren both sexes. 

I don't know what you can do about it. So I don't really use this feature so if that was only the way to use the Sky Q box I would have to return it and look elsewhere.

If you want to cancel Sky Q you only have 31 days from installation or you will have to pay a large early termination fee.

Total garbage what a stupid reply. Nobody knows the answer unless the software can be adjusted.

@Roger+telemanSince you seem to know the answer already why ask the question? The reply was not garbage, but being rude gets you knowhere on most forums tbh and with good reason . I have a deep voice and no issue with the voice remote so maybe yours is faulty perhaps. Have you contacted sky and asked if they can send you another renote after explaining your issue?
