Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAfaik aSky Q box will only connect to the 2.4Ghz network unless you have Sky Broadband. Is the box connected to the 2.4Ghz network?
Are the SSIDs for 5Ghz & 2.4Ghz seperate? If there's one SSID for both networks then try separating them by adding 5G to the 5Ghz network & 2G to the 2.4Ghz network.

After speaking with the customer and carrying out some checks wee have advised them to contact the network provider for further support on configuring the router settings.
