5g ee wifi
We have just changed to 5g ee WiFi router. Connected to sky a box everything work fine for 48 hours now it just keeps losing connection with router every 15-20 seconds. Any ideas how to rectify?

Re: 5g ee wifi
Afaik aSky Q box will only connect to the 2.4Ghz network unless you have Sky Broadband. Is the box connected to the 2.4Ghz network?
Are the SSIDs for 5Ghz & 2.4Ghz seperate? If there's one SSID for both networks then try separating them by adding 5G to the 5Ghz network & 2G to the 2.4Ghz network.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.

Re: 5g ee wifi
After speaking with the customer and carrying out some checks wee have advised them to contact the network provider for further support on configuring the router settings.
