2 bills in November when changing to sky glass and no refund, I paid my sky Q bill on the 1st Nov

Paid 2 bills in November when changing to sky glass and no refund, I paid my sky Q bill on the 1st Nov for the month and then got billed today for sky glass £102 with no refund from my sky Q.

Think you will see refund as a credit and off next months bill. Wasn't this explained to you? Always happens when you change. Sky not on their own bt aswell.

You need to check your next bill for the credit back for the overpayment of Sky Q as with Sky we are billed in advance:

My next bill has just come out ad my credit was not applied.

@Mr+Nodding  You need to call sky and speak to accounts. You need to ask to transfer your credit to either your glass account or bank account. Should take about 3 days.
