wrong charges

hi i returned my equipment and canceled my services in august last year and im still getting letters saying return your equipment and payb £35 to reinstate the services

Did you receive confirmation from Sky that your services were cancelled?  And do you have proof of posting for the returned kit?

@Kieron132  have you proof of postage for the returned equipment and email confirmation from sky accepting your cancellation
