why have i got this pay my bill twice

i paid £50 the other day and thought it was for my phone bill but it's just sent me a notification saying that my bill is due and i cant afford another £50 what do i do?

It's because you made an unnecessary manual payment, I'm afraid. Doing so won't necessarily stop the automated payment being taken as well. Once your Sky account is in credit by £50 because you've paid twice, you'll be able to ask Sky to refund the overpayment.
