@Shirley99  Are you saying somebody phoned sky to cancel your account or somebody who phoned you cancelled it

@Shirley99

Whoever cancelled your subscription would have had to have said they were you if you were the account holder. Only the account holder can cancel. As customers we wouldn't know any details of that.

I think there is more to this then what you have posted here as only you as the account holder can cancel, and if for some reason somebody else did manage to do it which have you done nothing about it since May of last year ?

@Shirley99 whoever cancelled would either have known your telephone password (if you set one up) or enough about you to enable them to pass Sky's identity checks. That might narrow it down a bit.

Re: who made a phone call to sky

I didn't think it was me, you have made me doubt.  I had a rep from another company say to me, don't worry about anything, I'll do it all.  Point being that a part of my  subscription wasn't cancelled, and sky kept debiting me for it.  It did stop months ago after I rang them, I didn't think to ask this question though, now other factors have taken over, Sky not involved.  It occurs to me that I would know what I was receiving from ~Sky, so maybe it wasn't.  Hope you understand all this.  I was hoping for a telephone no.

@Shirley99

Whenever cancelling the account holder should receive an email from Sky confirming the cancellation. What puzzles us is you leaving it so long to question it.
