what i am being charged for.. whats this tv add on and sky signature
WHAT IS THIS ULTIMATE TV ADD ON AND SKY SIGNATURE? I DON'T DIDNT ASK FOR ANY NEW PRODUCTS. I JUST NEED OUR USUAL SKY PACKAGE., MANY THANKS JANE NIX

Sky Signature is the base TV package before any add-ons such as Cinema or Sport.
Sky Ultimate is the same but with Netflix included.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

I have these two charges also, and I subscribe seperately to Netflix via Sky
Am I being incorrectly charged for SKY ULTIMATE?
If I am getting all the core channels via SKY SIGNATURE and NETFLIX via SKY, what additional am I getting as a result of the SKY ULTIMATE charge?
So on my bill I have
Sky Signature £x.xx
Sky Ultimate £x.xx
Netflix £x.xx

What tier of Netflix are you on? Sky Ultimate included Netflix Standard with Ads, so the extra Netflix charge sounds like its an upgrade to one of the other Netflix plans

That must be it
I have Premium, so the total of my Ne tflix charge plus the SKY ULTIMATE seems to be the collective cost for my Netflix Premium I guess

Yup, so the Netflix line item you see on your bill is the cost to upgrade to Netflix Premium from the Standard with Ads.
