unable to renew contract online link offered does not work . going round in circles !

my contract is up for renewal. have been offered several alternatives by email for renewal. the link to proceed doesn't work. going round in circles. call to sky was very unhelpful. operator didn't seem to have any idea or knowledge of the alternatives that I had been sent. trying to renew /alter my contract via sky web site equally useless.

You haven't said what is happening with the link you have been sent so if you are using the correct login details and for whatever reason it isn't working then give Sky a call as they can sometimes match or even beat online offers.
