unable to access sky billing and it says there are no products registered to myself

I signed up to sky in august and I have not been able to access my sky billing i dont have a copy of my account number and when I try to link it via my address it says there is no account. This is concerning as my bill has increased this month and it should have.

If you haven't got any emails from Sky with your account number on then I would use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page about this.
