Fighting my way through this complex website to try and get an answer to a) how to renegotiate my monthly package which I signed up to when Sky was first launched so it's extremely expensive and b) how to add TNT sport to the package

The simplest way to negotiate a new deal is to call. You can add TNT Sport at the same time.

@WOW1 The answer to both is to call Sky,that way you can negotiate a deal that includes TNT sports rather than adding it on after you've negotiated a deal.
