so i have messaged the ceo of sky - 19 times and never get a response they said they refunded me now 9 days ago when you ask where the refund is you get ignored . i cancelled my sky t v moved in october they still billed me for the last 3 months and now i can't get a refund !! they ignore all the emails

To start with, how did you cancel? Did you receive an email acknowledging the cancellation? Is your Sky account showing a credit?

yes the full story is the executive team at sky have confirmed the refunds 4 of them yes the bill is showing 4 refunds to my debit card - ( not received ) yes i did correctly cancel the subscription . I have an open complaint which is now 9 weeks still open and i have had 4 texts to say it was refunded . i have screenshots of all responses . the bill showing the refunds but not received . now up to 20 emails . two trust pilots where i have read sky rating is 2 and many other people have never received refunds . case like mr bates v the post office . i am wondering where all the money is from all the people that have been told that the sky was cancelled when moving : still billed for s service they never had . have been told they get refunds . i have all the evidence . where is all the money ?

That doesn't surprise me, generally Sky don't respond via email. Aside from the complaints team which would likely only be done if the complaint was raised by the official channels/process (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint)

thank you mark for trying to help me
i have an open complaint over 9 weeks old
19 emails to the executive team
spent 40 mins on hold yesterday
texts saying 4 refund would be recieved on the 21st January 9 days ago .
i am just wondering how many other people this has happening too .
i ask them where the refund is they ignore my emails .
i have asked for a manager call done a trust pilot review they don't even look or respond to the reviews
