Can I swap my existing sky TV package for sky streaming ? my satellite dish fell off the roof and have no signal. I cannot watch any sky TV at the moment and I still have an ongoing contract

Just give Sky a call tomorrow morning and they should be able to talk you through the price and package difference and if you are happy they would cancel your Sky Q account and create a Sky streaming account.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Do be sure to research Sky Stream before you switch. It's quite different from Sky's satellite service, most notably, there's no recording service - it relies on On Demand - and you need good .broadband speed.
