sky telephone number where you actually talk to a human.

Hi. Need to talk to a human being about a botched delivery of my new sky Q box. DPD have decided to send it back to sky instead of delivering it on a different day as requested.

Tried all usual web based contact us and help solutions but they dont cover this type of problem.

@UncleK
You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Thanks for the reply.

My new sky box seems to be in an electronic version of the Bermuda triangle. DPD say they have returned it to sky and sky account says its out for delivery. Of course both companies have me going round and around their help sites, which are no help whatsoever.

Will a call centre in India be able to sort this out or are they there for technical difficulties only.

The call is routed to the next available advisor so might be a UK based one.
