hi, i recently added sky sports to my
package which has been working fine and now tonight when i try to view the channel it says i need to subscribe? i already pay for sky sports HD so i'm confused to why it's decided to stop working?

i've just checked and it's not actually letting me view any sky sports channels. i've even pressed the red button to select upgrade and it says i already have this channel. very confusing as it was working fine and now nothing.
i have also unplugged my box and removed sky card then switched back on but still nothing

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIn that case you have two options, you can either see if you can get through to Sky, I'm not sure when the lines close in the evening or we can alert Sky's messaging team who will be in contact with you via this forum tomorrow.
