sky agree to pay £72 for early termination of my contract with EE and move to sky,however EE SENT ME THE CHARGE, how will sky refund me ?

I think you have misunderstood how this works because you pay the £72 termination charge to EE, then you supply Sky with a copy of a bill with this charge on it and also a coy of a statemnt showing you have paid it and all being well they will add a £72 credit to your account that will then be used to pay your next available bill:

You must provide a copy of the bill from EE where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
