satellite dish not working. Sky offered £30 towards fixing. Fixed but no payment. Who do I speak to

I spoke to a memeber of the Sky team on  24/09/24 to resolve a problem with my Sky dish, that person informed me that they don't send out Engineers for dish problems if you are a SKY+ subscriber. They were prepared to pay £30 towards the cost. I have not received that payment. I had a new Sky dish fixed at a cost of £185. Who can I speak to to ensure the £30 promised payment is made

@geoff52

I've not heard of Sky making such offers previously. Normally any satellite issues on Sky+ systems are at the customers own expense.

Give Sky a call and they should be able to listen back on your original call.
