Hi, i created a new sky+ account for my mother and used by email address for the account. This now means we have 2 sky+ accounts under the same email address - all ok, except for Netflix, which thinks its 1 account and so we cant both watch netflix at the same time ! I tried Netflix help but all they propose is upgrading the account. Anyone have any ideas please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe easiest way to sort this out is to change the email address on your mothers account to a different one, so do you use the email as a login is is it the household/communication address ?

Thanks. I have tried that on my own account as thought that easier than confusing my mum, but I get a sky error saying can't change email try later, which I've seen others having that issue as well...
