returned a mini box in august but my sky app shows i still have it

how do i get sky to update there records ive phoned them 3 times now ......my sky shows i have a mini box ,i returned it iin august 2024 !

i have pod ect ...now they sent me a return label , i tried vertual assistance , waste of time, no point in phoning again ive told them 3 times , i was told they did not want my pod , they need to update there records so its not in my app

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

do they have an email i could send them the royal mail proof of delivery

i have proof of posting and proof of delivery  via royal mail, guess i will have to wait and see if they send me a bill maybe then i can find where to send my royal mail docs
