return of sky equipment no specific board to deal with this it appears

I recently cancelled my Sky package entirely. On April 24th I returned all the Sky hardware inc sky Q box and router as they requested and using the downloadable Royal Mail returns labels etc. I have receipts for postage, tracked schedule and signed delivery. The equipment was delivered to Sky with the double x and double u post code and signed for by Sky on the 29th April.

In addition our local post mistress helped me package it all  in packaging I provided. What can I do to inform them?

Thank you for rapid response. Yesterday  19th June I recieved Sky packaging. I have spent ages trying to find out how to let them know its already been  returned, now almost two months ago.  I have found the whole experience of dealing or trying to deal with Sky on this matter very stressful.

The packaging is sent out by default during the cancellation notice period so if you have already returned it using your own then you can dispose of this as you do not need to do anymore.

Thanks, just concerned I cant get confirmation from Sky that they did in fact recieve the package on 29th April. Is this typical?

That is perfectly normal as they do not send any confirmation. You might or might not have been sent an email thanking you from sending it off but that is as good as it gets. Just hold onto the proof of posting receipt should any issues arise because with that we can arrange some help for you via here.
