renewed contract yesterday should have payed £20 but you took more away

I renewed my contract with you yesteray ,your opertive ahd issues with my card payment and requested i re key it several times ,after which it went through ,i asked your operative to ensure the payment only went through once ,i wnet to pay for some shopping and my card was declined i had insuffcient funds ( i new i should have  been fine )and should of had sufcient funds ,i  rertuned home interaogated my bank account to find that sky had taken my renewel Payment out three times  insted of once ,

i am unable to work due to a serious injury and my funnds are tight  so i require creditring for the £40 over payment
