refund for loss of sk tv

I think its only fair that due to no tv Sky should at least offer some compensation  Thanks in advance

If you're asking for compensation you'll need to speak to Sky. They might allow a rebate of a few hours worth of your basic monthly tv subscription.

I think thats quite unlikely if you are looking for something generic. If you aren't happy with what happened all you can do is call personally and ask them.

 

It should be noted that even if Sky did do any type of refund for loss of service due to a outage it would likely end up being pro-rated for the length of the outage based on the cost of the TV subscription only, so in most people's situation the "refund" would be less than a couple of quid.

I'm not sure how much you think Sky would give you but in reality for the outager it would only amount to pennies based on the average monthly subs.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
