refer a friend - beginning to think this is a scam
I expect this is common but I refered a friend last July, they signed up got their vouchers, after paying their first bill, but 45 days past and no vouchers for me, I enquired but no vouchers - 15 emails and almost 9 months later still no vouchers this is definitely looking like a scam to me, you refer someone they sign up and get vouchers you get nothing its a marketing con or it looks like it, The Runaround you email Sky, the support agent is looking at your TV/Internet account. They often literally cannot see the voucher database, so they give you vague "we're looking into it" answers to get you off the phone. The IncentiveThey prioritize the new customer (my friend) to ensure they have a good "onboarding" experience. Since you're already a paying customer, they (wrongly) treat your satisfaction as a secondary priority. does this look like a fair and well run scheme?, I am sure I am not alone so anyone with a different opinion or someone with some fresh advice on how to get something you've been promised but likely will never receive, would interest me very much - apologies for what looks like a rant!

Re: refer a friend - beginning to think this is a scam
Hi, thank you for the reply, I did complain, received another email, requesting the details of the referral as they couldnt find one on my account, Zi obliged and received another email informing me they were sent on the same day they sent an email disputing the referral which was replied to with the answer I later received an email telling me due to demand they were out of stock, exactly the same reply to my complaint, vouchers are "out of stock" 9 months I have been waiting, I do not belive I will ever see them
