"Sorry, we can't find your account" but logged into the portal!

Initially poor internet speed (7/150). Improved with reset of router but still <90Mb/s.

Tried to log into the account with 12 digit a/c # (so that Sky can carry  out some tests) but keep getting "There was an unexpected error".

 

I my have to resort to a phone call but don't fancy almost an hour hold again.

Sorted. Turns out I had the wrong email address. But it still let me log in. Doh!
