Hi there
I have recently recommended a friend for sky glass, she has actually already paid 2/3 bills from Sky but as yet neither of us have had our £100 vouchers?
I have e-mailed so many people at Sky I have also sent a complaint in as I am pulling my hair out now.
When can I expect a follow up email a message and the vouchers it's very frustrating.

As you have probably noticed you are only talking to other Sky customers here so we can't say for sure when you will get them but if it has been more than 45 days since your friends services have been activated then you might want to contact them via the email address that can be found via this FAQ at the bottom of this link:

Well, after referring my mother in July 2024 and hearing nothing from 'refer a friend', we then talked to Sky reps when renewing our contract about this and 3 times they said they'd escalate the issue. So, moving into December 2024 (approx) we raised an official complaint where we were told this would be sorted.
So here we are in March 2025 and still no vouchers. So many excuses 'due to unprecedented demand' etc. we still haven't received our vouchers. How hard can it be to send an email!
As a Diamond member we'd expect a better response tbh, not that 24+ years membership means anything to Sky. The latest email, full of apologies (again) asked for both our first & last names, account numbers & email addresses. All of which have been supplied along with the referral code at least twice! It seems the customer support people can't read anything below the first line of the email trail 🤬.

You will receive your reward via email 45 days after you joined Sky and you've paid your first bill.

I have had this same problem. I recieveed the email saying my voucher is now available. I clicked on it and it said they would send me the voucher to my email address. It has now been 3 days and I have still not yet recieved the voucher?

I'm having the same issue. Me and my dad got the email and have both tried to redeem the voucher. My dad has got his but I haven't got mine. Everything I press the "Claim Reward" button I get an error message but when my dad does it he's get told it's already been claimed.

I have been waiting for over 6 months for my voucher I have contacted Sky and they said they were sent out to the wrong email address one number was entered wrong apparently. They gave me a email address to contact to explain the mistake and have it corrected so I would receive the voucher. The address I was given bounced back so I still haven't received a voucher even though the person I referred received theirs months ago can anyone assist please.

I reffered my friend and theyve paid 2 bills now and ive not heard anything about my reward.
I cant seem to find a number to speak to an advisor about it.
