Just to add: I've had this reply from Sky Chat:
Thanks for your patience I have checked with them I got an update that the voucher is currently paused, once it is available you would be notified about the same. I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused but be rest assured you will receive it.

I clicked the link to receive the refer a friend voucher, but not received anything? The link is now saying voucher claimed!!
The person I referred has had the same issue!
How do I contact someone regarding this as I sent an email but not received a reply from that either!

I referred a friend and was able to receive a voucher code, I click the link to redeem and nothing happens. The message received says I've timed out.
I've tried both laptop and IPhone and nothing works.
Anyone else had the same issues?

I've just sent another as I've had no response to the one I sent Tuesday . Beginning to think it is a scam to entice you to sign up.
If I get no response in next day or two I intend to make an official complaint and then ombudsman. You can't offer an incentive and then not deliver on it.

What a load of rubbish, it's all done automatically, plus they would have known the demend from over a month ago given that each refferal would have had to have been registered, this is just delaying tactics to ensure the vouchers can't be used before xmas.
