Can’t get my voucher after receiving the email for referring a friend

I have received the email to claim my voucher and clicked through to be told I'd get an email but no email arrived? I've emailed in and tried online chat! Please can someone help!!

I have moved your post to here as other people are reporting the same issue, this has been raised to Sky who are aware of the issue and are investigating.

Refer a friend voucher

I have clicked the link to claim my refer a friend voucher but i have not recieved anything and it was yesterday i claimed it

There is nothing you can do at present as there is a known fault with this that is being investigated so I have moved your post into the thread that is discussing this.

I also have this issue. Recieved the email saying I am eligible for £75, clicked the link and never received an email. I have emailed my issue to the 

 referafriend @ sky.uk email address and it's come back stating "undeliverable". The person who referred me is also having the same issue.

In the same boat as many people in this thread.

 

I have sent an email to the address linked, but have received no reply after best part of a week.

 

It's a poor show.
