Just received confirmation of entitlement for the £75 voucher. Completed all the online application details. Sky confirmed voucher being sent to my email address, but did not receive it. I have checked spam, trash etc. No means to contact sky to re-issue code.

Had the email from Sky asking me to claim voucher now available
Clicked on the link and got nothing.
If i click back on it, it says voucher has already been claimed.
Have also checked my junk....

Hi I have had the email to say o have a refer a friend voucher I received that 3 days ago, how long does it take for the email with the unique code on to claim the voucher.

Hi I received an email telling me to claim my voucher. I did this and was then told I would receive an email with details of my voucher. No email has come through

Had an email with £75 voucher from a refer a friend. Followed the link and the screen said I would get an email with said voucher to use but have not had the voucher come through at all !
Not sure who to call to get it sorted?
