I ordered broadband yesterday
I haven;t had any sky services for 4+ years but I did already have an old online account connected to my email address.
when I logged in today to see my new purchase details there is no sign of it and many sections say 'restricted' or 'please contact us' or are just blank.
the mysky app also comes up with an error when i try to log in
I phoned sky and they told me this is normal(?) up until my broadband goes active but that doesn't sound right to me? surely I should be able to check the progress of my order in the orders section. I got an email with a link that even says i should be able to check out the details online already...

Or did you sign up as a new customer settings up a new Sky ID during the order process?

I signed up with my old sky ID and acccount. it let me log when I was browsing broadband options.
