probably a daft question - I spoke to somebody at sky earlier and now "sky kids" is pending cancel !

I spoke to somebody at Sky earlier to try to reduce my subscription cost. They provided some reduced costs so that is good. But I have just noticed that "sky kids" is showing as pending cancel - even though this was not discussed / mentioned - have they made a mistake ???
