Hi
My contract payment has gone up by £6.00 per month. I have spoken to angel who was very nice, and he explained its due to inflation.
Do I have the right to cancel my package? My wife wanted me to cancel it when I last reviewed and because it’s gone up, I don’t think a 10, year customer is treated as a valued customer.
Let me know if you can’t reduce it back down and if not, how I go about cancelling my package. You may have this email on record.
Regards
Chris.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.
Once you've had the letter or email regarding the price increase (which happens every April) you have 30 days to contact Sky to cancel Broadband penalty free. There is no such option for TV subscriptions.

If it's TV then you have no right to cancel due to the increase.

If you are within a minimum term then Sky are unlikely to reduce it without agreeing a new 18 month term. You can only give notice to cancel if you are not within a minimum term.
