out of contract so going to ring Sky and get better deal

I'm ringing Sky later to get a better deal on my package

I currently have

Sky Signature

Sport inc Sport +

Cinema

Sport HD

Sky HD

Multiscreen

I want to add

Netflix

TNT Sport (maybe)

What monthly charge for each item should I be trying to acheive?

@SteveOakes  It would be pointless anyone giving prices as Sky may or may not give you that deal, the only answer we can give is Sky may not even give you anywhere near the previous discount.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yeh I appretiate that BUT its useful to have a target. A mate has told me what he is paying; about half of what I'm paying so pretty annoying.

I'll ring them and see

Posts over the last few months indicate that you're not likely to be offered much more than a few pounds off the full list price on renewal. 50% discounts appear to be a thing of the past.

Probably a new customer rate...  Unfortunately, the best prices are always had by moving to another provider.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@SteveOakes
Renewal will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Re: out of contract so going to ring Sky and get better deal

New 24 month contract agreed and saved £37 per month and Netflix added to my subscription.

Pain in the **bleep** actually getting to speak to the first "human".

They could do very little so insisted on speaking to "cancellations" who sorted the above savings for me.

Pretty happy but I hate this way of working 😞

That's a good result (despite the pain!)
