order tracking says there is a error i rang and they ended up cancelling it and doing another one but i still have the same issue?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would leave it a few days to see if it clears especially if a new order has been put through because it could take at least 24 hours for it to appear via your account.
