no wifi even after I paid

I've paid for all my bills and services why isn't my sky up and running! I have tried to add a direct debit but it keeps saying unsuccessful this is not good! Have been waiting for the WiFi to be up and running for hours nothing has worked!

If your bill was overdue and your services restricted you will need to wait for yout payment to clear from your bank into Sky's. If you made the payment today or late last night, as its a weekend i wouldn't be surprised if the payment doesn't clear until Monday.

@Umran1 It's possible that your services may not be restored until Monday due to Sky and banks not processing payments over a weekend, you may also find until a direct debit is setup that services are not restored, if it's not letting you do this online you will have to call customer service to set it up.
