Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am having the same issue. For no apparent reason, my payment was not requested (taken) from my bank account in August. I was unaware of this as I had received no emails or messages, but I had issues when looking to buy a laptop using my Sky.com account.
I went around and around in circles pressing Reinstate my services, then Your account is up and running, View Bill, Balance £0.00. I then click on Tablets & Laptops and get the message Your Services are currently being restricted with the button to Reinstate my services.
@caesarome helped me a couple of days ago and escalated it to Sky, however, since then I have spoken to 4 different advisors and I'm getting nowhere. Essentially, Sky told me I needed to contact Disney+ and pay the £10.99 and Disney said that as the subscription was set up via Sky, I needed to contact them. I have been told I can pay it through the Sky Q menu, but this will only pay the money towards my normal Sky bill, not Disney+!!!
I have been going through this for 4 days and cannot believe giving someone my money is so difficult!!!
I have now cancelled Disney+ but it won't take effect until my next payment date on 16th September, even though it seems no payment was made in August.
It seems as though nobody at Sky knows how to deal with 3rd party subscriptions on Sky Marketplace which I believe was introduced in August 2023 TO MAKE THINGS EASIER TO MANAGE!!!
