my tv has been cancelled by sky but I owe no money

My previous bill said I owed £105 but I payed £129 but my balance owing is saying 0 pound owing can you help please

Its worth noting that if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

Do you mean your TV service has been restricted by Sky, if so when you paid this payment to clear the outstanding amount did you also setup your monthly payment method again ?
