This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.


If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

@Ian310  The community can't offer you anything, if you need to discuss any deals you ned to call

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You have several options: renew your current plan, switch to a better deal, or explore new providers for improved speed and pricing. Providers like JioFiber, Airtel, BSNL, and Hathway offer competitive broadband plans in Vadodara. Compare speeds, data limits, and additional perks like OTT subscriptions before deciding. If unsure, contacting your provider for renewal offers might help!
