i want to complaint about my bill.

it's taken me three months, and my issue is still not resolved. I have been with Sky ( like many others) for 20 years and this is how they treat their so-called loyal customers.i need to send a letter of complaint and will be writing to the ombusman also

@dontcare2 what's the issue? We may be able to advise you.

The Ombudsman won't be able to help until you've exhausted Sky's complaints process, so that's the first step.

Re: i want to complaint about my bill.

I need to email billing or have someone look at my account.
I've been calling since September explaining to at least 10 people about the incident to no avail.

i now have a letter of evidence about my situation.

One operator spoke about "loss of service credit," but how does that work?

i don't want to be on another call being passed around.

You still have said what the actual issue is so what is the complaint you have about your bill ?

We're other customers here, not Sky.

There's limits to what we can do...

If you don't want to explain in more detail (for which we can give some advice) then call Sky I'm afraid.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: i want to complaint about my bill.

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to help me with my query.

I understand you don't work for the company, but I am grateful for your help.

I have been overcharged because I recently had a fire in my place, which destroyed the roof.

I've only had broadband since August

I'm sorry about the fire, but I'm unclear how that would impact your Sky charges.

@dontcare2

We suffered damage due to a fire next door about 10 years ago. The first we knew was when the TV went off and I went outside to look at the dish. Suffice to say the dish and cables needed replacing (along with other things) which was arranged in conjunction with our insurance company. It's not what you want to hear but billing continues through this turmoil and after everything has been repaired and/or replaced you could call Sky and ask if they are willing to apply a credit to your Sky account. .

Sorry to hear about the fire but as stated above billing will continue as normal during any period like this when you are not in your property. All you can do is to call Sky to see what they say.
