im trying to unlink my sky id so that my sky mobile can be linked with the family account, everytime i do it it says error and just wont let me

If your Sky Mobile wasn't ordered via this family account then it can not be unlinked to be linked to it so what account was the mobile/sim ordered on ?

@CharlieGreen1 If you have already setup Sky Mobile on a seperate Sky ID you won't be able to unlink it & then setup on a different Sky ID.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
