i have been a member of sky for many years when i log onto my account my details are there but in rewards it says not available?

My daughter has brought her own house and i want to refer her how can i get a link to do this please i already followed the dvice from the sky box but the option is not available?

@KirstyWhyle23 Have you tried the Mysky app or your online account?

You should be able to do it here https://www.sky.com/refer-a-friend

You should be able to send out the invite via this link:

https://www.sky.com/refer-a-friend/invite

It is then important that your daughter plcaes her order via that link only so it can be tracked.
