free not free

i have just added the sky hd and it says it is free as i am a platinum member for 4 months but when i look at my future august bill there is a discounted charge for it?  Why say free if its only discounted

You might need to give the future bill time to update and this doesn't happen straight awat when a new offer has been added to the account as you might find it updates closer to when that bill is due to be paid. The bill itself will be created 14 days before the billing date so if it is still wrong prior to this then you will need to call Sky support about it.
