Hello, you increased my internet bill without identifying me. plus it doesn't have the speed I pay for. I want to reduce the bill because I cannot afford to pay PLN 39.50 per month, otherwise I will give up if you do not reduce the bill, best regards

@Kwiecinski  You're not emauiling Sky by posting in the meail forum, that is for customers with Sky/Yahoo email account issuers.

 

You're also not talking directly to Sky this is a customer helps customer forum.

 

I'm not sure if you have the correct forum eithner as Sky bill in UK - £ or Euro - € (for the republic of Ireland).  PLN Is the Polish Zloty and Sky don't provide services to Poland.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We are customers here only so you are not talking to Sky.

 

If your discount has ended this is why your price has increased so now is this time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a new discount if you agree to a new 18 month contract.
