Good afternoon, I am no longer a sky cutsomer as of earlier this year but was a very happy customer for many years until they put the prices up. Today i have received an email to say that i overpaid for a package and am due a credit. Sky no longer have my bank details but are going to send me a Pin number to access their 'payitrefund' to claim it back. I no longer have my account number or a login to access an account so how do i claim my erfund back. Is this legimate or a scam. Would appreciate any help with this.
