Discussion topic: credit refund not returned on date it was supposed to be in my account

credit refund not returned on date it was supposed to be in my account
I was told nearly two months ago from one of your agents that I would receive some money back after cancelling sky broadband etc. I still have not recieved it or any contact regarding if there's a problem [removed], and trying to contact someone regarding this is like going on a roundabout of an endless loop saying I will pass you to this and that. That cost's me money and time and that vitual assistant is just the worst and I would sack that off. Also give us just the corrrect numbers to contact an actual human being that is hard enough on your website. I guess sky are excellant at getting their money but not returning... [removed] A very dissatified customer whom has been with you for 20 years and I have spent hours trying to find someone just to talk too or find a direct number. I wouldn't reckonmend you and just give me my money back... I should be compensated for my hours lost...

Rupert Murdoch has nothing to do with Sky.

I should be compensated for my hours lost... You won't be compensation for perceived hours lost, no company will do that.
